浅谈转炉修补料的施工方法和注意事项

为了满足钢厂转炉溅渣护炉、快速简便临时性修补的需要,具有快速修补、使用方便、流动性好、粘结强度高能与转炉溅渣相融、易烧结、耐侵蚀、硬化时间短、使用寿命长等特点,是目前转炉理想的大面修补料。

转炉修补料的施工方法

热态修补料主要是用于修补转炉的装料侧(迎钢面)、出钢侧(出钢面)和炉底及电炉的炉底。热态修补料的施工方法有两种·一是拇补(人丁与机械)。一是大面积修补。

大面修补时视需修补部位用料程度,用转炉操作台上设置的装料斗将适量大面料倾入炉内(最好在修补过程中吧要修补的地方处在水平位置),然后倾动炉身(摇炉),利用转炉余热,使受热后自重条件下具有一定流动性的转炉修补料在要修补的炉衬上铺展开来自流入到被损坏需要修补的大面的破损坑内,再通过一定的烧结,使其强化产生一定的强度,并和修补部位的砌体产生牢固的黏结。因此,大面补炉料要求有良好的流动性,能快速烧结,黏结强度高等特点。

使用方法及注意事项:
1.在补炉前2小时,将快干镁质大面修补料用强制式搅拌机搅拌,边搅拌边加自来水,加水量一般控制在物料重量的12-18%,连续搅拌 6-8分钟,将搅拌均匀的大面料放入到带内膜的塑料集装袋中(吨袋),每袋装 500Kg或 1000Kg 视一次所需修补面积和转炉数量而定,并将搅拌好的料集中放入废钢槽内备用。
2.出完钢后,倒净炉渣。补炉时,确认所需修补转炉部位及估计用料数量(视大面损坏程度而定用料数量),然后将搅拌好的大面料用废钢槽倒入炉内,快速摇动转炉使修补料流至需修补部位,均匀铺垫在上面,使修补厚度适中(150mm士),然后静置转炉转动后用外加热源对其加热烧结,烧结 40-50 分钟即可。

注意事项:
1.原料存放不能受潮,保持干燥。

2.搅拌前搅拌机内必需打扫干净,不能有其它杂质。

3.搅拌好的料应在24 小时内用完。搅拌好的料没有用完,结块后不能使用。

4.第一炉兑铁时,防止散松料生火,请在安全范围内慢装铁,确认正常后再逐步加快装铁,如果火大时,请稍停片刻,待火势减小后再装铁。

5.第一炉钢取样或出钢时,请现场人员不要正对转炉炉口,确保安全。

The construction method of converter repair material

Hot state repair material is used to repair the charging side (steel facing side), steel out side (steel out side) and furnace bottom of the converter and the bottom of the electric furnace. are two construction methods for hot state repair material. One is thumb repair (manual and machinery). The other is large area repair.

When repairing the large surface, according the degree of material required for the part to be repaired, the appropriate amount of large surface material is poured into the furnace (it is better to keep the part to be repaired in horizontal position during the repair process), and then the furnace body is inclined (shaking furnace), and the converter repair material which has certain fluidity under the condition of-weight after being heated by the residual heat of the converter is spread on the refractory to be repaired and flows into the damaged part which needs to be repaired on the large, and then through a certain sintering, its strength is enhanced, and a certain strength is produced, and it is firmly bonded with the masonry of the repaired part Therefore, the large surface refractory material is required to have good fluidity, quick sintering, high bonding strength and other characteristics.

Usage and precautions:
. Before furnace repair, mix the quick-drying magnesia large surface repair material with a forced mixer 2 hours in advance, add tap water while mixing, and the content is generally controlled at 12-18% of the material weight. Mix continuously for 6-8 minutes, put the evenly mixed large surface material into a plastic with an inner liner (ton bag), each bag holds 500Kg or 1000Kg, depending on the area to be repaired and the of converters, and put the mixed material into the scrap steel slot for later use.
2. After pouring out the steel, pour out the slag. When repairing the, confirm the part of the converter to be repaired and estimate the amount of material to be used (the amount of material to be used depends on the degree of damage to the large), and then pour the mixed large surface material into the furnace with a scrap steel slot, shake the converter quickly to make the repair material flow to the part to be repaired, pad it on the top, make the repair thickness moderate (150mm ±), and then let the converter rotate and heat it with an external heat source to sinter, and it can be used after 40-50 minutes.

Precautions:
1. The raw material storage must not be damp and keep dry.

. Before mixing, the mixer must be cleaned and there must be no other impurities.

3. The mixed material should be used up within 24 hours. If the material is not used up and blocks, it cannot be used.

4. When the first furnace is added with iron, to prevent the scattered loose material from catching fire, load the iron slowly within the safe range, and gradually speed up the loading after confirming the normal condition. If the fire is too big, please stop for a while, and the iron after the fire is reduced.

5. When the first furnace of steel is sampled or poured out, please do not face the mouth of the converter, and ensure.
